La comète, vue à peu près dans l'axe, atteint maintenant la moitié de la taille apparente de la pleine Lune. Newton SkyWatcher 254mm f/d=4,7 + Canon EOS350D.
compositage de 13 poses de 15 sec + 11 darks, prétraitement avec Deepskystacker. Dynamic strength (anciennement DDP) avec IRIS. Gradient rotationnel de 20° avec IRIS. Traitement final avec paintShopPro: superposition du gradient à 10% d'opacité sur l'image normale, augmentation du contraste et réduction de la taille de l'image.

The comet reaches roughly half the apparent size of the full Moon. 13x15-sec exposures stack + 11 darks, preprocessing with Deepskystacker. Dynamic strength with IRIS. 20-degree rotational gradient with IRIS. Final processing with PaintShopPro: superimposition of the gradient with 10% opacity onto the regular image, contrast enhancement and downsizing.
